Some things won't change

There are some things that we won't be able to change. This may be because:

• We don't have enough money

• We are a small charity and we can't do everything

• We don't have enough staff to do it

Some things cannot change

There are some things that we can't change. This may be because:

• It is the law and we have to follow this

• We have to follow the rules that all charities have to follow - the Charity Commissioners are very strict about what we can do and what we can't.

• Sometimes we get money from funding bodies and we must follow their rules when we spend their money

When you make a compliment, comment or complaint, we promise that we will -

• Keep it confidential if you ask us to

• Not stop supporting you because you have complained

• Try to be as clear as possible and not use difficult English

• Provide information in whatever way you need

• Allow you to share information with a friend or a relative
