Deaf Association Wales has a number of two-hour taster sessions available (at the BSL Cultural Centre, Newport Road, Cardiff)

These two-hour sessions teach participants how to carry out a basic conversation in BSL. This includes exchanging details such as your name, where you live, where you work, your job, how you get to work (transport) and other information.

Dates include:

• Friday 13 December 2007 1-3pm
• Tuesday 22 January 2008 1-3pm
• Friday 25 January 2008 1-3pm
• Tuesday 19 February 2008 1-3pm
• Friday 22 February 2008 1-3pm
• Tuesday 4 March 2008 1-3pm
• Friday 7 March 2008 1-3pm
• Tuesday 18 March 2008 1-3pm
• Friday 21 March 2008 1-3pm

The cost of the taster session will be £25 per person which includes tuition, a certificate and a BSL mug.

We are also able to offer BSL courses tailored specifically for your organisation. It requires a minimum of 12 participants (maximum 14) and can be held in your Work Place or at the Deaf Association Wales Cultural Centre.
