The post holder will provide strategic direction and leadership, building an organisation able to represent and bring about positive change for deaf and disabled people in London.

Applicants must have leadership experience in the public, private or voluntary sectors and have a good understanding of issues faced by deaf and disabled people. S/he must be a deaf or disabled person.
