Tenant Support Officer - Deaf Services

Nottingham or Mansfield

£16,630 - £20,788 p.a. (pro-rata for part-time)
+ car user allowance + benefits
36.25 hours per week (2 posts) Ref: 77/08
21 hours per week (2 posts) Ref: 78/08

We are seeking people with exceptional skills to provide floating support for people living in the community who are deaf. In addition, you will need to be able to communicate using British
Sign Language (BSL), preferably have CACPD level 2 qualifications as well as knowledge and understanding of the deaf community.

You should have experience of providing housing related support to vulnerable adults, knowledge of welfare benefits and relevant legislation and the ability to liaise effectively with other agencies.  You need to be able to work flexibly and be self motivated.

A current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support is essential.
