What's it about?

Schools throughout the country are signing up to learn short phrases from a password protected website. Each day during the Learn to Sign Week in October, the teacher will learn a short phrase eg hello, what is your name? My name is.... This will be relayed to their class each morning, so that by the end of the week, classmates will be able to communicate with each other with basic knowledge.

What will each school do?

Each school has also promised to raise at least £50 each for the British Deaf Association charity to take part in this campaign.
