Tenant Support Officer
Places for People Individual Support, provides care and support services to people where they need it most. This is an exciting time for Places for People. Due to the expansion of our Support Services in Nottingham, we have the following vacancies: We are seeking a candidate with exceptional skills to provide floating support for deaf people.You will have experience of providing housing related support to vulnerable adults, knowledge of welfare benefits and relevant legislation and the ability to liaise effectively with other agencies. You will need to work flexibly, to be self motivated and to work with minimum supervision.In addition you will need to be able to communicate using British Sign Language (BSL), have minimum CACPD2, and knowledge and understanding of the deaf community.This post is subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau. A current driving licence and use of a car or access to a means of mobility support is essential.
