Have you ever wondered what happens at the BDA AGM? What voting means? How motions work? Or how you can help shape the future of the British Deaf Association?

Join us for an interactive workshop hosted by Danny Murphy, Sylvia Simmonds, and BDA Youth, designed to help Deaf young people understand:

✅ What the AGM is and why it matters
✅ How voting works
✅ How to propose a motion
✅ How debates work and how decisions are made
✅ How your voice can influence the future of the BDA

This is a great opportunity to build your confidence, ask questions, and learn how Deaf young people can play an active role in decision-making and leadership within the BDA.

And who knows? We might even see you at the BDA AGM in Plymouth on 21 November 2026!

📢 Open to Deaf young people aged 18-30
✅ Members and non-members welcome
