Create a Personal Memorial
Create a personal online memorial where family and friends can share memories, photos and messages, while celebrating the life of someone special.
Create a Funeral Notice
Create a funeral notice to share funeral details with family and friends, and, if you wish, invite donations in memory of your loved one.
Make a Donation in Memory
Make a simple gift in memory of someone special and support the British Deaf Association’s work with Deaf people, BSL and our communities.
DONATE IN MEMORY
Honour a life, support Deaf communities
Choosing to remember a loved one through an in-memory tribute is a personal and meaningful act. For some families, it is a way to celebrate a Deaf person’s life, identity and community. For others, it is a way to create something positive in memory of someone who cared deeply about equality, language and inclusion.
By choosing to support the British Deaf Association, you are helping a national Deaf-led organisation that has worked since 1890 to protect, promote and campaign for British Sign Language and the rights of Deaf people across the UK.
Why support the BDA in memory of a loved one?
ABOUT
How it works
- Choose the option that feels right
You can create either a memorial page or a funeral notice.
- Personalise the page
Add the name of your loved one, share memories, include photos, and make the page feel personal.
- Invite others to remember and support
You can share the page with family and friends, and, if you choose, invite donations in support of the BDA.
About MuchLoved
MuchLoved provides free online tribute spaces where people can remember someone special, add photos and memories, share funeral information, and organise donations or fundraising in memory. It also says each tribute page is free and can remain available for as long as the user wishes.
