On 18-21 February, the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf and OC for the 23rd Summer Deaflympics welcomed more than 70 delegates from 34 countries to Samsun, Turkey for a meeting at the Sheraton Grand Hotel to present the plan for this year’s Deafly
