Look at this beautiful view, guess where am I? I’m in Derby. So why am I here? Well I am here to inform you of an amazing, big event that will happen here in Derby – Signfest. This is the first ever Signfest to celebrate BSL and spread this out here.

Belfast Pride Festival 2019

BDA Northern Ireland will be talking part in the Belfast Pride Festival on Saturday 3rd August 2019 and we would like to invite you, members of the Deaf community, to join us.

Deaf Roots and Pride Goes to Laser Quest

DRP East Midlands organised an event at Laser Quest. This event was organise and led by one young person on our DRP team, which has boosted his confidence in organising events for Deaf young people.

Want to visit the Risk Factory?

We have set up an event for young people aged 8-20 from the Central Belt of Scotland. The event is an outing to the Risk Factory which is a safety centre.

DRP Midlands visit the Theatre

On Saturday 13th April 2019. BDA Deaf Roots & Pride – Midlands organised a trip to Derby Theatre to watch ‘Jungle Book’ starring Caroline Parker. This was an integrated performance with signing performers and visual captions.
