On 24th February 2021, Mark Isherwood, MS for North Wales introduced a motion to the Senedd – the Welsh Parliament. This was for a ‘Member’s Legislative Proposal for a British Sign Language Bill for Wales’.

It’s Sign Language Week!
The British Deaf Association is pleased to announce the theme for Sign Language Week 2020 will be ‘Sign Language for All’. This year’s Sign Language Week will begins today, Monday 16th March, and end on Sunday 22nd March.
Deaf Heritage Tour – Glasgow
BDA Scotland will have two old Deaf schools tours in Glasgow. The schools are Langside and St Vincent’s.
The BSL tours will be working with Deaf History Scotland.
