Nominations are now open for you to nominate a Deaf young person who you feel deserves to have their achievements and efforts recognised.

On 24 July, we celebrate the 132nd anniversary of the founding of the British Deaf Association. The BDA was formed by Francis Maginn in Leeds as the British Deaf and Dumb Association (BDDA) on 24 July 1890.

DRP Scotland: Vet Workshops

BDA Scotland’s DRP Transitions project were delighted to work with Veterinary Nurse Assistant, Julie Beckett, to deliver specialist workshops about veterinary care to P3-P7 classes at St Roch’s Primary and S1-S6 classes at St Roch’s Secondary in Glasgow.
