Hello! My name is Graham Welton.
I have explained about E&V training but this is different the training called Mystery Shopping training.
What is Mystery Shopping? Mystery shopper involve with visiting places as mystery shopper such as hospital. Mysteriously to collect information then past to HW to gather information to highlight deaf suffering, report could make some impact to highlight barriers as such you don’t have to face this alone. You can be part of mystery shopper’s training to teach you how to collect information, you being part of the team Healthwatch.
It is important to be part of this deaf people involving training to be empowered as this as part of BDA to empower deaf people to be part of the Mystery Shopper team. We need more deaf people from 13 boroughs of London – Barking & Dagenham, Barnet, Camden, City of London, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Havering, Islington, Newham, Redbridge, Tower hamlets and Waltham Forest.
