What is Counselling?

Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. One way that you can look after your mental wellbeing is through receiving counselling support. 

Here you will find information about counselling, including how to find and access organisations which are suited to your needs as a D/deaf person, whether you prefer to use Sign Language, SSE, written English, or to communicate orally.
