Hello!

My name is Graham Welton. I am Access and Inclusion BSL Charter Officer for BDA.

I would like to give the good news, I hope you will join the course, BDA have been working in partnership with Healthwatch to empower Deaf people to get involve training, it is called Enter and View. We have recruited Deaf people before, they given a ID badge, including DBS checks which is free, trainer provide interpreter and STTR / Pala typist for Hard of Hearing all paid for which is free. Food included.

Enter and View (trainer) want more Deaf E&V recruits from 13 boroughs of London – Barking & Dagenham, Barnet, Camden, City of London, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Havering, Islington, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, and Waltham Forest. You have to be the residents of London from any of above boroughs.

Enter & View will start on Monday 30th November, Tuesday 1st December, and Wednesday, 3rd December. It is a three days course.

Thursday 10th December

You can contact me to request a booking form, we want Deaf to join.

This is a fantastic opportunity for your future, empowerment in order to build up your skills, so you can visit Hospitals to pin point the barriers faced by deaf people such as hospital, GPs, you will issued with a special badge interpreter arranged, accompanied deaf authorised representative to collect facts relate to barriers, this is important for your evident to past on to Healthwatch to write up a report then send to Hospitals must respond to HW have such barriers can be resolved.
