We would like to appoint a BSL Level 2-3 qualified Teaching Assistant with immediate effect. The post is temporary in the first instance until Easter 2016 with the possibility of further work beyond this date.
The post holder will work with HIRB students, both in class and by withdrawal. Secondary experience preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and pro-active in helping our hearing impaired students to develop their language skills and achieve their target levels/grades and in raising deaf awareness within the school and wider school community.
