Emma Ferguson-Coleman is a researcher in the University of Manchester researching ‘Deaf people with dementia’. Emma discusses the need for BSL assessments for Dementia, and how we can support a Deaf person living with Dementia in the Deaf community.

TIDE Event – Glasgow
There is an Open Day at TIDE on Saturday the 26th of January from 10am to 4.30pm. Tide is an organisation that supports people who are Carers of someone who has dementia. This would include if you have recently been a carer of somebody with dementia. As TIDE is UK wide it will provide an opportunity to network with other people who are also carers.
