Will and Power of Attorney Workshop with BDA West Midlands and Leicester Deaf Action Group
Date: 22nd November 2017
Time: 1pm-2.30pm
Location: 12 Frog Island Leicester, LE3 5BG
Have you thought about:
- What will happen if you are ill or have to go to hospital in the future?
- What will happen to your things? Your house? Your money?
- What will happen to your home, car, jewellery and things when you die?
- After you die do you want your family and friends to have your things?
In the future maybe you will be ill or have dementia. You can ask someone you trust to be your Power of Attorney. This person will be responsible for making decisions about your medical and health care, looking after your house and money when you cannot do it anymore.
Imogen Manuel is Deaf and will run the workshop and explain what Wills and Power of Attorney are and why they are important.
Light refreshments will be provided.
