Annual General Meeting
Members' AGM
The BDA Members’ AGM will take place on Saturday 5th November at the UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire), Harrington Building Foyer, Victoria St, Preston PR1 7QS for a full day. Following the AGM, we will also have an Open Forum to discuss Deaf Education, Health, and Social Care.
Doors open at 10am, and the AGM will start at 11am.
We will also host an evening celebration dinner at the Marriott Hotel, Garstang Road, Preston PR3 5JB.

If you cannot attend in person and would like to watch the AGM live via Zoom, we will provide a registration link for this later via member email.
A pre-packed lunch is available to members at the cost of £7. If you are registering to attend the AGM and would like to order lunch, please use the button below.
We are also delighted to offer you the opportunity to book a delicious 3-course meal at our Evening Gala. If you would like to do so, please see our Gala section below. The cost per member is £50, or £60 for non-members.

As BDA has an environmental policy to lower carbon footprint, hard copy AGM documents can be requested by contacting the BDA Head Office (see contact details at the bottom).
We are currently finalising documentation for this year's AGM and will make them available for download shortly.
Evening Gala
Following this November's AGM, we will be hosting an evening celebration dinner at the Marriott Hotel, Preston. If you would like to book a delicious 3-course meal for the evening, please click the button below to book for yourself and up to 9 additional guests.
The cost per person is £50 for members and £60 for non-members. You can pay online now using your credit or debit card.

Transport & Parking
If you are travelling to this year's AGM by car, there is free parking situated off Victoria Street, which is approximately 200 metres from the UCLAN building.
Transport from the AGM to the Evening Gala at the Marriott Hotel takes around 10-15 minutes by car. A bus service is also available should you need it. For detailed directions, please click the button below.
