Personal Messages

“May their names live on for always…”

The BDA memorial event was truly memorial. Seeing all the names and faces on screen brought back memories of my times with the BDDA as delegate to the conferences and congresses that I attended. Those people were always there at any BDDA event, giving their time to the Deaf community. May their names live on for always.

“Never forgetting you all…”

Thanks to ‘British Deaf and Dumb Association’ for wonderful 125 years with those who supported to continue the strength of our British Sign Language and education with Deaf children to preserve and stay with us into next generation. May I add my love and thanks to people I knew them, commitment with BDA including my dearest Dad, Kenneth Simmonds as one of BDA South East Regional committee. Never forgetting you all.

Tight hugs and love,

Sylvia Simmonds xxxx

“You made me proud and married to you…”

Christopher John Menzies – You will always be close to peoples heart, for those who know and have met you. Christopher you will never be forgotten, you put joy and fun happiness into our world. You had showed and proved people that having Ushers Syndrome was never an issue. You made me so proud and married to you.
